Job Summary

To Ensure Accurate, High‑Quality Spare Parts Master Data, Lifespan Norms, Quality Verification, And Timely Discrepancy Resolution That Support Efficient Maintenance Operations, Cost Transparency, And Reliable Budgeting**.**

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports the Master data of all Factory, Estate, Transport and Workshop equipment spares for integration with the SAP SCG module.
  • Acquire and compute average lifespan of all high valued OEM spares for Norms.
  • Support in quality Inspection of spares.
  • Ensures monthly and quarterly updates any new spares to masters.
  • Regular resolve and adjustment of all spare issuance queries.
  • Provides accurate spare usage history and cost data for annual budgeting.
  • Regularly resolves and adjusts all spare issuance discrepancies.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience

  • Shall hold the Minimum of a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
  • Any relevant professional certification is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2years of experience in SAP PM/MM/SCG modules.
