Job Purpose
The Spare Parts Supervisor is responsible for leading/optimizing/digitizing and automating shareholder wealth by competitively modernizing end‑to‑end spare parts business development, order fulfillment and execution processes utilizing modern digital/automation techniques for efficient B2B business, This role partners closely with all facets of the value chain and stakeholders to include customers, suppliers, distributors, sales, marketing, and internal parts fulfillment teams to ensure accurate, digitized and automated spare parts processes to include parts lists, competitive pricing, and real time processes to be real time, quick accurate and profitable. Drive all processes to be digital, automated and modern leveraging modern technology to establish aftermarket parts as easy to be business with 24/7/365.
Able to proactively review installations, parts lists, and historical data to anticipate customer needs, drive growth, and leverage modern technology to achieve sustainable profitable growth while supporting strategic aftermarket goals and digitally/automate data for efficiency and above all else safely and ethically.
Long Description
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead and coach Spare Parts Analysts for accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Drive customer‑focused, value‑added processes aligned with strategic and technical goals, leveraging digital tools and AI.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration to streamline quotation and sourcing.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across Sales, Marketing, Suppliers, Logistics, and Post‑delivery, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy.
- Optimize use of quotation tools, enforce RP processes, and advance digitization with AI.
- Monitor stakeholder trends to align with macro‑trends and ensure timely, accurate execution.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through professional, on‑time quotation support.
Pricing & Parts Management
- Develop and maintain customer price lists with vendors and stakeholders to meet profitability goals.
- Review and update spare parts pricing for competitiveness, digitizing for future use.
- Provide Marketing and Sales with detailed installation and parts lists to support growth.
Inventory & Supplier Coordination
- Collaborate with suppliers and teams to resolve inventory constraints and improve order fulfillment.
- Ensure rapid resolution of parts availability issues with accountability.
- Support cost optimization while maintaining service quality and uptime.
Reporting & Documentation
- Create and digitize documentation for KPIs and departmental objectives.
- Maintain accurate, consistent digital records of parts descriptions, pricing, and customer data.
