Key Responsibilities:

• General Accounting:

To perform data entry regarding to General Ledger function in daily operation as per approval and policy.

Run reconciliation report at each month end to ensure no un-posted batch and all GL/Sub-ledger match & Reconciliations are made.

To make monthly closing process according to monthly reporting calendar so that ensuring timely and accurate financial information. Maintenance of accounting documents filing according to statutory requirements.

To perform any ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed.

 

• Internal Control:

Ensures all activities comply with company policy and relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and the internal Quality Management System.

 

• Internal Operations:

To identify opportunities to streamline workflow, information flow, enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, improve data integrity, reduce costs and promote continued quality service, and implement as appropriate.

Ad hoc involvement with accounting activities & process improvement projects.

Back up or take consolidation role.

 

• Performance Management:

Manage day to day performance of ATR based on global KPI matrix.

 

• Relationship Management:

Manage day to day interaction with stakeholders and global GBS team effectively. Handle conflict management with stakeholders.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor' s degree in Finance or Accounting related major.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full Account to report process especially familiarity with consolidation and IFRS & USGAAP adjustment.

  • Have experience in successfully leading or delivering projects within the finance domain.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and optimization opportunity identification skills, including root cause analysis and data analytics.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to drive teams and present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders clearly.

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, required for a global work environment.

  • Intermediate Accounting certification above, Accounting subject passed of CPA recently.
