What you’ll do
- Resolve IT issues via remote connection, including Operating Systems, VPN connectivity, and Microsoft/Google suites.
- Deliver hands-on virtual training to field teams to ensure successful adoption of new tools, databases, and workflows.
- Generate Atlas tickets to grant user access to file shares and specific programs based on duty requirements.
- Proactively keep remote workstations free of malware, adware, and ransomware; configure and troubleshoot mobile devices.
- Assist managers in creating development plans and maintain detailed records of employee technical training and system proficiency.
- Serve as the bridge between corporate IT initiatives and field-level implementation, translating complex processes into simple, actionable terms.
- Coordinate the ordering of IT equipment and monitor system data via Power BI and Excel to identify recurring technical hurdles.
What you’ll need
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Candidates must pass a pre-employment background screen and drug test
- Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
- Configure, assign, and troubleshoot mobile device
- Demonstrates a strong capacity to quickly adapt by learning new skills and unlearning outdated ones
- 2-3 years of related IT support or technical training experience.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive digital tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to communicate tactfully with all levels from field laborers to Executives.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Mail, VPN, and mobile device management (Apple). Familiarity with Power BI and Google Sheets is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot undocumented issues and learn new software programs quickly.
- Able to manage shifting priorities and maintain professional integrity while handling confidential data.
- Comfortable leading one-on-one and group training sessions via video conferencing.
- Absolutely committed to meeting deadlines and solving problems with implementable solutions.
The wage range for Specialist IT Onsite Support is $26.00 - $30.00.
