Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough review and analysis of functional and technical requirements • Design software solutions and provide accurate effort estimations • Implement programming changes using Python, Java, JavaScript, XML, WSDL, and SQL • Perform unit testing to validate functionality and ensure code quality • Investigate and resolve software bugs and defects across environments • Provide second-level support for production issues and escalated technical inquiries • Follow up on reported problems and ensure timely resolution • Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and improve system stability • Automate CI/CD processes and manage infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
