About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessing (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • 4–5 years’ experience in an operational learning and development or training role within mining, resources, or a similar heavy industry.
  • Sound technical knowledge across processing, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP.
  • Exposure to Operational Excellence or continuous improvement programs (highly desirable).
  • Well‑developed organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience developing training materials and using a range of learning tools and platforms.
  • Ability to adapt training approaches to suit different learning styles, roles, and audiences.
