Duties

  • Configure, support, and optimize reporting solutions within SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central, Recruiting, PM/GM, and Compensation modules.
  • Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to gather requirements, design, and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports using SuccessFactors reporting tools (Story, Table, Canvas, and Tile-based dashboards).
  • Analyze complex HR and business data, transforming it into actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and privacy in all reporting activities.
  • Document reporting processes and provide technical support to end users.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and improve reporting processes, leveraging analytics tools such as Tableau for enhanced visualization and analysis.
  • Participate in system upgrades, release activities, and data migration projects, ensuring reporting continuity and compliance.
  • Apply agile methodologies and utilize JIRA for tracking tasks, managing requirements, and supporting iterative delivery of reporting solutions.
  • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors release features and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 1 year configuring and supporting reporting in SuccessFactors.
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting tools (Story, Table, Canvas, Tile-based dashboards) and report documentation.
  • Demonstrated data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret, analyze, and present complex HR and business data.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Tableau is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, PM/GM, or Compensation modules is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical colleagues and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile environments and using JIRA for project/task management is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements, solve problems independently, and work collaboratively in a global, fast-paced team.
