Job Overview

Manages the various quality assurance initiatives and aids in problem-solving, objective setting, and overseeing the implementation of the programs.

Job Requirements

Establishing quality requirements and mentoring the department representatives for process improvements.
Identifying the critical business needs, prioritizing them, defining detailed rollout plans with functional leaders, and being responsible for end-to-end value stream optimizations.
Overseeing the statistical reports, analyzing the quality data to identify preventive actions, monitoring the performance, and providing recommendations to the quality leadership.
Monitoring the quality management initiatives, deciding the priorities, setting timelines, and milestones of the project, measuring the outcomes and reporting the progress to the leadership.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
