Responsibilities & Qualifications

Resources will be hired on training capacity for operations roles, manage day-to-day operations, product, and end-user communication, understand and trained to deliver services on a Delivery Center practice with the understanding of Service Levels, automation and productivity:

  • Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to pass an English evaluation and score at least B2.
  • Must be able to pass a technical evaluation.
  • Must have basic abilities to handle a computer, Be familiar with Windows 11, Microsoft office, mobile devices
  • Scheduling availability
  • The field of study aligned with Technology or Customer Service (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, International affairs) along with the above requirements
  • Technology background (School related is acceptable)
  • Service Oriented
  • Receive technical requirements (TRFs) from India.
  • Work with BRMs (Business Relationship Managers).
  • Translate requirements and coordinate technical solutions with the US team.
  • Manage documentation and track requests.

 

Needed Skills

  • Fluent communication
  • Be able to work on group set ups
  • Comprehensive reading and able to follow instructions
  • Ability to learn and replicate in class activities
  • Customer service oriented
  • Documentation of activities and log of activities
  • Priority based execution (school examples are acceptable)
  • Strong in project management.
  • General technical knowledge (networks, applications, VDI, voice).
  • Previous experience working with India-based teams (preferred).
  • Background in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem Management, or similar).
