Overview

The Senior Key Account Manager (Fashion Specialty/Energy accounts) for Crocs is responsible for the strategic planning and development of UK specialty key accounts, focusing on fashion, and energy-focused footwear channels. The account base will include Schuh & Office as the primary focus. Reporting to the UK & Ireland Wholesale Sales Director, this role drives exponential growth by managing P&L responsibilities and executing wholesale strategic plans to strengthen brand presence in the UK market. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to activate brand priorities and maximize success within these high-priority accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the execution of sales and business plans for assigned UK specialty and energy accounts to deliver expected exponential growth.
  • Communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for priority key account growth, acting as the primary advocate for the athletic/fashion footwear business.
  • Maintain industry-leading relationships by visiting key customers and stores routinely to evaluate assortments and adjust to UK market needs.
  • Track and analyze sales data, evaluating KPIs and reporting critical information to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Innovate by implementing strategic models and operating tools to drive cooperation with customers and urban lifestyle partners.
  • Connect with Finance, Operations, and Logistics teams to streamline the supply chain and enhance account productivity.
  • Achieve sales quotas and brand pillars by leading project initiatives across internal functions and fostering a high-performance environment within the UK team.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in business, marketing, or related field – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management, preferably within the footwear, casual, or sports industry.
  • Background knowledge in the UK wholesale landscape, specifically regarding urban lifestyle and energy-focused footwear accounts.
  • Strong understanding of complex matrix organizations and the ability to drive partnerships across diverse internal functions.
  • Highly skilled in oral and written communication with the ability to deliver professional presentations to executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute successful growth strategies and manage complex business plans in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance a strategic mindset with a "deal maker" mentality, utilizing innovative and flexible problem-solving skills.
