• Marketing Strategy & Planning (30%) • Build customer/consumer/competition understanding, interpreting various data ( internal/external) into insight, anticipating current & future trend & opportunity, always staying on top of emerging trends and advising senior leadership • Identify geography/sector/service line growth potential, creating service category vision, constructing hierarchy and innovation agenda to drive sustainable category growth • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, IT ) to drive innovation success from concept to deployment and best practice sharing
• Digital & Brand communication (40%) • Identify appropriate communication channels (forums, associations, print & digital ) for targeted customer/consumers in order to increase quality leads and to reinforce brand awareness and equity • Improve and optimize integrated digital campaigns (SEO/SEM/Email marketing/offline ) • Define content and format across different communication touch points and ensure ROI is measured and communicated ( including website performance tracking)
• Marketing Service (20%) • Support the business in developing specific solutions, presentations, Bids &Tenders and workshops together with the cross-functional teams • Support the Key Customer, Sales and Operation Teams as primary customers and support them with marketing programs.
• Budget Control & Agency Management (10%) • Agency evaluation , continuous quality agency recruitment • Manage and monitor marketing resources to ensure that each action to be optimized in its effectiveness and quality.
