Therefore, we are looking for a Student Worker to our Compensation & Benefits team to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.
Your role in our team
As a Student Worker in Compensation & Benefits, you will gain hands‑on experience within a specialized HR area and apply your theoretical knowledge in practice. Your focus will be on administrative tasks, data, and analysis related to compensation and employee benefits.
You will support compensation and benefits processes across the organization and work closely with experienced colleagues and internal stakeholders. As part of our Global People organization, you will gain insight into a large HR setup with opportunities for learning, mentoring, and networking.
Working hours: Approx. 15 hours per week.
How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:

- Deliver supporting data and analysis within Compensation & Benefits and maintaining overviews
- Analysis and visualization working with MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Running projects and taking ownership of your own tasks
- Assisting People Partners with salary statistics and benchmarking
- Compensation & Benefits Policy review and updates
- Administrative tasks, reporting and internal communications
