Technical details about the position: Working hours: at least 20 hours / week, between the opening hours, which is the following: 08:30 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday. Type: student contract Location: Debrecen, Vezér strt. 39. (Tudáspark), Hungary (fully on-site)

What you’ll be doing: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to charging, solar connectivity, mobile app usage, and more • Guide customers through product features and best practices • Escalate technical issues following structured processes • Own the customer journey from first contact to final resolution • Log all interactions accurately and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards • Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional support
