Your role in our team
As our new student worker in Integrated Product Development (IPD) department, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting different stages of the project lifecycle. This will give you the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice while contributing to the development of high-tech solutions.
You will work closely with experienced system engineers and project teams to support ongoing projects. The role includes collaboration with different stakeholders, where you will learn how customer needs are translated into technical solutions and how systems are specified, designed, and integrated across software, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.

The practicalities: Working hours are around 15 hours per week, depending on task load and priorities. Working hours are flexible and will be adapted to fit your academic schedule, as we understand that your education remains your top priority.
How you will make a meaningful contribution
As a Student Worker in our Programs team, your key responsibilities include:

- Assist with complex system engineering design process with Model-Based and/or system architecture and create models of system behavior
- Collaborate with software developers and test engineers to verify and validate solutions
- Participate in tests to ensure successful system compliance and project delivery,
- Support other system engineers
- Coordinate across technical disciplines to ensure alignment between system requirements, design, and implementation
- Support the handling and documentation of system requirements and design descriptions
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support progress
- Share knowledge and good practice with other fellow system engineers

- Mechanical Engineering
- Software Engineering
