Job Summary

Holy Cross Academy is seeking a dependable and energetic Part-Time Summer Camp Aide to support its summer program. The ideal candidate will help create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children by assisting with daily activities, supervising campers, and supporting the camp staff.

Job Responsibilities

● Assist camp leaders with daily activities, including games, crafts, and outdoor play.
● Supervise campers to ensure safety and positive behavior at all times.
● Help set up, organize, and clean up materials and activity spaces.
● Support children’s social interaction and encourage participation in activities.
● Assist with transitions, snack time, and other daily routines.
● Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive camp environment.
● Communicate effectively with camp staff regarding camper needs and concerns.

Job Requirements

● Experience working with children in a camp, school, or childcare setting preferred.
● Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
● Ability to engage with children in a fun and supportive manner.
● Strong communication and organizational skills.
● Ability to supervise groups of children and ensure a safe environment.
● Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Holy Cross Academy.
