The Supervisor, Human Resources serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing front-line HR support while aligning people initiatives with organizational objectives. This role leads a team of HR professionals, oversees employee relations and compliance matters, and partners across the business to drive talent management, workforce planning, and employee development programs.

DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and administrative professionals, providing strategic and operational HR support
- Partner with business leaders to manage key employee lifecycle processes, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent initiatives
- Serve as the primary resource for employee relations, labor law compliance, workplace investigations, and disciplinary matters
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs related to recruitment, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and employee development
- Build strong stakeholder relationships while overseeing HR compliance, policy development, special projects, and the Kuwaitization program
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry and GCC region

Strong expertise in employee relations, labor laws, compliance, and immigration processes

Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and other HR systems is highly preferred
-
Proven ability to provide strategic HR support while partnering effectively with leaders and employees across the organization
