Supervisor, Innovation Quality

Lead product performance activities during the Innovation phase to ensure quality meets Pandora’s standards, fostering strong stakeholder collaboration to enhance consumer satisfaction.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Quality Oversight & Standards

  • Serve as the quality gatekeeper for new product designs and innovations, setting quality standards and ensuring best practices.
  • Generate conclusive quality test reports in line with standards and project objectives.
  • Endorse new product innovations, ensuring quality considerations are integrated.
  • Standardize test procedures and acceptance criteria to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Ensure the overall quality and performance of the team’s work pipeline.

2. Testing Management, Compliance & Inspection

  • Define testing plans for new product designs and innovations.
  • Develop and maintain updated testing procedures and acceptance criteria to ensure product compliance.
  • Manage testing lead times, aligning with central timelines and ensuring all testing programs meet collection deadlines.
  • Oversee performance test reporting and analysis, ensuring data is up to date and escalating issues as needed.
  • Conduct product general QC on appearance and per standards.

3. Process Optimization & Innovation

  • Manage the innovation testing dashboard & digital database for streamlined data tracking.
  • Lead agile testing standards revisions aligned with CQE team market feedback and business objectives.
  • Lead benchmarking technical activities by networking, summarizing, and analyzing reports.

4. Coordination & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the Innovation Quality Management team to meet deadlines and ensure summarized reports are shared with relevant stakeholders on time.
  • Lead and support special projects from the plant and other stakeholders.

 

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Material or related field \

  • 5 years of experience in related field

  • Experience of R&D, Lab testing, Product development, Innovation

  • Experience of jewelry is preferred

  • Communication and inter-personal skills

  • Critical thinking and project management skills

  • Have multifunctional skill and problem-solving skills

  • Presentation skill

  • Willingness to learn new methods and systems

  • Proactive

  • Proficiency in English communication
