Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering end-to-end digital marketing execution for external customer engagement and regional portfolio activities. In this role, you will oversee team operations, provide hands-on guidance for task execution, understand Life Sciences business dynamics, and actively contribute to key digital projects. With a proven track record in people management, you will drive team performance, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with business goals. You  act as service partner to the Process Solution Life science business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end digital marketing activities, including paid social campaigns, external customer newsletters, webinar emails/operations, portfolio MarCom, and regional webinar coordination.
  • Guide and mentor team members on task execution, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows for efficiency and results.
  • Analyze business dynamics in Life Sciences Process Solution business to inform strategy, prioritize initiatives, and contribute directly to digital marketing projects.
  • Manage a team of 9-10 direct reports: conduct performance reviews, set goals, provide coaching, and handle hiring/onboarding & training as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product managers, MarCom managers, Web teams, regional teams) to align digital efforts with broader MarCom objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, or similar; report KPIs and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or digital marketing certification (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) preferred.
  • 8+ years in digital marketing, with 2+ years in a supervisory/people management role leading teams in Digital Marketing channels
  • Proven experience in Life Sciences/Pharma MarCom or similar B2B environments; strong understanding of business dynamics and customer engagement.
  • Hands-on expertise in tools like Google Analytics 4, Webinar, and project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet).
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams; experience in change management and employee development.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with ability to interpret data and drive ROI-focused decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
