Job Overview
The Supplier Compliance & Risk Program Analyst will focus on supporting the development, management, and implementation of the TE Compliance & Risk program, which includes capacity building and remediation to address risk management. This role directly engages with suppliers and business units to meet sustainability requirements for social and environmental pillars
Job Requirements
Supplier Engagement
- This role focuses on strengthening supply chain integrity by educating and training key stakeholders—including procurement teams and suppliers—on strict compliance and ESG standards.
- You will proactively identify and remediate non-compliance through root-cause analysis, while partnering with business units to help suppliers build sustainable risk-mitigation policies and operational capacity.
- Beyond immediate troubleshooting, the position involves managing ESG reporting and incident response, ensuring a comprehensive strategy that spans from upstream prevention to downstream exit strategies and robust systems management.
Program Governance
- Support in the development and documentation processes for Supplier Compliance & Risk program manual (includes Standard Work Instructions).
- Analyse compliance data and prepare performance reports/scorecards for stakeholders.
- Maintain organization SharePoints and manage subscribed digital platforms to keep data and scorecards current.
Compliance Management
- Escalate critical findings and ensure closure of remediation activities.
- Support the management of ESG Incidents as they arise.
What your background should look like
- Global experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, and/or electronics industries.
- 10–12 years of core experience in supply chain and supplier-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Compliance, including strategic alignment, operational modelling, process optimization, and data analytics.
- Expertise in supplier relations, auditing, and capacity-building training.
- Knowledge of supplier code of conduct requirements and experience with programs like Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
- Proven program management, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
