Long Description

Main Responsibilities:

•   Supplier Quality development and its performance management.
•    Perform the audits, manage the resolution of the nonconformities.
•    Ensure the new part qualification at the new project development.
•    Improve the efficiency of processes and tools for supplier quality data recording, processing, reporting and feedback.
•   Ensure the correct communication between the supplier and Datalogic for the resolution of quality issues.
•   Learning the state-of-the-art Quality international standard.

Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering (preferable) or Material, Informatics, telecommunication, Mechanical Engineering or Physics. 
•    Primary language: Chinese and English(  Fluent in written and verbal communication).
•    At least 3-5 years’ experiences in a similar role.
•    Good technical knowledge of electronics components, PCB, PCBA, battery, displays, cables, image sensors.
•    Knowledge of electronic semiconductors market, its specific manufacturing and quality trend.
•    ISO 9001 knowledge, certified lead auditor is preferred, lean six sigma is a plus.
•    Capability to interact technically with R&D team.
•    QC 7 tools and statistical analysis.
•    Collaboration and team skills, with a focus on cross-group, supplier chain collaboration in an international environment.
•    Ability to go and see the problem at the site in autonomy until the resolution.
•    Strong excel skills.
•    Good knowledge of SAP is a plus.
•    Experience within the mobile phone manufacturing quality is also a plus.
