About the role

 

As our Supply Chain Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring we continue delivering high‑quality, sustainable products while driving value across our ANZ operations.

 

Sitting at the heart of our supply chain, you’ll provide end‑to‑end finance support across Procurement, Costing and Inventory - enabling smarter purchasing decisions, clear and reliable costing, and continuous improvement across the business. You’ll work closely with Operations Finance, Commercial & Category Finance, and Procurement, turning data into insight and insight into meaningful impact.

 

You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment where resilience, curiosity and problem‑solving are essential. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, building models in Excel or Power BI, and influencing decisions across a wide network of stakeholders.

 

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Deliver month‑end reporting across ANZ procurement, co‑manufactured products and grain commodities, including PPV and inventory performance.
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles for inventory and procurement function
  • Support costing roll‑ups, standard costing and NPD financial assessments
  • Own core data areas including standard costs, inventory data integrity, SLOB management
  • Identify and deliver project savings and optimisation initiatives within the supply chain
  • Partner with procurement and operational leaders, providing insights that drive commercial decision‑making
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting

 

 

About You

 

You’re a natural problem‑solver who is curious, collaborative and thrives in a fast‑moving environment. You know how to work with large datasets, untangle complexity, and present insights with clarity and purpose. You enjoy working with people as much as numbers, and you bring resilience and resourcefulness to every challenge.

 

You will bring:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in management accounting, finance or business analysis
  • Background in supply chain, FMCG or procurement‑related finance (advantageous)
  • Strong Excel capability and confidence working with large datasets; Power BI experience highly valued
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and influence
  • Experience partnering with teams such as Procurement, Operations Finance, Commercial or Category Finance
  • SAP experience, ideally in costing modules (preferred)
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Information Systems
