Support Specialist
Apply NowWe are seeking a technically proficient and proactive Application Support Engineer to join our team in Blabs . This role involves supporting key business applications, ensuring system stability, and providing timely issue resolution across retail operations, including POS, ERP, Fintech, and supply chain systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L1 and L2 support for business-critical retail applications, including POS, ERP, inventory, Fintech, and e-commerce platforms. • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Collaborate with IT, business users to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes. • Assist in deploying application updates, testing, performing UAT, and supporting go-live activities. • Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base to support ongoing operations. • Support data integration and flow between systems (e.g., POS, ERP, CRM, etc.). • Conduct regular system health checks, monitor logs, and maintain system performance. • Provide end-user training and support, training materials as needed.
