In this role, you will be the primary support for our Swedish-speaking clients, dedicated to resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and troubleshoot efficiently will be key to ensuring our clients receive the best support possible.

Responsibilities • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from Swedish-speaking clients, engaging through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. • Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues involving hardware, software, and IT services. • Document all interactions and resolutions in the service desk system with attention to detail. • Assist clients in understanding and navigating product functionalities, ensuring a smooth user experience. • Work closely with other IT teams to escalate and expedite resolutions for complex issues. • Conduct follow-up communications with clients to confirm issues are fully resolved and satisfaction has been achieved. • Stay informed about new technologies and service offerings to provide knowledgeable support.
