As a Support Center Analyst, you will liaise with both Swedish-speaking customers and internal teams to create an outstanding support experience.
Responsibilities • Serve as the main contact for Swedish-speaking clients, handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical and product-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support ticketing system. • Guide and educate clients on product features and effective usage practices. • Work closely with other departments to escalate complex issues and enhance support processes. • Track ticket statuses and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely resolutions. • Stay updated on new product launches, updates, and industry developments to improve service delivery.
