Be responsible for reviewing systems at Joint Transportation Management Center (JTMC), and electronic media outlets that utilize and redistribute JTMC data, for Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) data quality assurance
Establish document handling and storage procedures for ITS data and material related to the JTMC
Monitor 511NY to ensure accuracy of incident, roadwork, special event entries, as well as variable message board (VMS) messaging
Review incidents entered into the T-Rex to ensure accuracy and compliance with NYSDOT procedures
Mentor and train new staff as needed.
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
