Job Description: 

Job Overview

Plans and develops tools, dies, and specialized parts used in manufacturing processes.
 

Job Requirements

• Creating designs, converting designs to blueprints using computer-aided design software, and understanding complex schematics for building fixtures and new parts.
• Inspecting the tools, dies for any damage or imperfections affecting the functionality and periodic testing of the tools and machines to ensure they have high efficiency.
• Solving problems regarding the production processes, machine settings, and fabrication methods and recommending modifications in the design and materials used.
• Manufacturing new stamping and molds, producing spare parts, creating dies, and repairing the dies, molds, and tools when required.

What your background should look like

Escolaridad preparatoria y/o carrera tecnica.

Experiencia de 3 a 4 años como tool maker 

Maquinado convencional avanzado 

Configuraciones a moldes por inyeccion de plastico (indispensable)

Diagnostico avanzado y reparacion experta en moldes y/o troqueles

Soldadura TIG (indispensable)

Experiencia en gruas viajeras 

Reparacion de colada caliente y / o fria

Interpretacion de planos 

Fallas mas criticas
