To integrate ZIPPY MARKETING team, in Maia, we are looking for:

TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST (WHOLESALE & INTERNATIONAL RETAIL) - TEMPORARY
 

We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing  Specialist to join our Brand & Creative team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

 Instore communication (Wholesale and International Retail):
- Identify instore communication needs / markets requests on a regular basis, maintaining a communication flow with the commercial team;
- Manage materials’ production (from design to suppliers’ budget request, samples’ validation and production control); - Develop, implement and monitor instore communication materials (including guidelines);
- Support opening activities (both store set-up and brand activations).

Marketing activities (Wholesale and International Retail):
- Manage the wholesale customer database, including the development and implementation of a regular and consistent e-mail marketing plan;
- Develop and analyse satisfaction surveys to B2B clients on a regular basis; - Support the implementation of international markets’ marketing plan, ensuring they are on-track and fulfilling the KPIs set;
- Support the development of international retail partners’ activity on social media, including sharing contents & materials, analysing KPIs report and suggesting improvements.

Internal events:
- Support the set-up of internal events (4 per year), including supplier procurement, budget request, production activities (physical or digital), among others.
   
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions (Fashion Retail or B2B);
- Preference for Communication / Marketing degree;
- Excellent organizational skills, within a demanding and fast-moving retail environment; - Great communication skills, with both internal (internal teams/ store staff) and external teams (suppliers);
- Good understanding of Marketing & Communication dynamics and how these apply in a commercial driven environment;
- Problem-solving skills, with a great sense of ownership;
- Attention to detail;
- Advanced level of MS Office Excel;
- Availability to travel abroad (Europe), when needed;
- Languages - Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
