Talent Acquisition & Senior HR Operation Specialist (Indonesia)
Apply NowWe are looking for a strong and hands-on Talent Acquisition & Senior HR Operation Specialist to support our growing business in Indonesia. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, has a strong local recruitment network and understands how to attract talent in a competitive financial services, fintech or forex trading environment. Around 60–70% of the role will focus on recruitment, while the remaining 30–40% will cover HR operations to support the employee lifecycle in Indonesia. The successful candidate should be mature, proactive and comfortable working independently with regional HR and business stakeholders. This is a strong fit for someone who is already senior in Talent Acquisition or preparing to step into a managerial role.
Key responsibilitiesTalent acquisition – 60–70%• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Indonesia, from job briefing, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management to onboarding handover. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements and team priorities. • Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline, especially for roles in sales, business development, marketing, customer support, operations, compliance and corporate functions. • Use multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, recruitment communities, agencies and direct sourcing. • Strengthen the company’s recruitment network in Indonesia and identify effective channels for niche or urgent hiring. • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate experience, motivation, communication skills, culture fit and salary expectations. • Advise hiring managers on market availability, salary trends, candidate expectations and hiring challenges. • Manage candidate experience professionally and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process. • Support offers preparation, negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment with internal salary structure and approval process. • Maintain accurate recruitment data, hiring trackers and regular recruitment updates for regional HR. • Support employer branding activities in Indonesia where needed.
HR operations – 30–40%• Support employee onboarding, including document collection, joining formalities and coordination with internal teams. • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially. • Support employment contract preparation, HR letters and other employee documentation. • Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including probation tracking, confirmation, internal movement and exit coordination. • Work with payroll, finance or external vendors to support monthly HR operational requirements. • Support leave, attendance and HR system updates where applicable. • Assist with employee engagement, communication and HR initiatives for the Indonesia team. • Provide first-level HR support to employees on general HR queries. • Ensure HR operations are handled in line with company policy and local employment requirements.
