Talent Acquisition Intern

As a talent acquisition intern who is passionate about candidate experience and company culture you will be responsible for the following: • Sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media to identify potential candidates for open roles. • Candidate Screening, reviewing resumes and conduct initial outreach to gauge candidate interest and alignment with our values. • Interview Coordination and managing the "behind-the-scenes" logistics, including scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. • Assisting in creating content for our careers page or social media to showcase our company culture. • ATS Management through Keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clean and up-to-date, automate actions to facilitate the hiring process and make it tech-driven.
