Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description: • Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. • Assist in the development and refinement of talent management and development processes. • Help coordinate and implement talent assessment initiatives. • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and updating candidate records. • Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for talent management initiatives. • Maintain and update records and databases to ensure accurate tracking of employee recruitment/development activities.
