Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employer branding. You will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and gain practical experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels • Screen resumes and assist in initial candidate outreach and coordination • Coordinate interview arrangements by scheduling with candidates and liaising with hiring managers • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media content and talent market research • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers • Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition • Provide support for ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects as assigned
