Talent Sourcer

Location: Remote Eastern Europe Work Schedule: 9AM–5PM PST, Monday–Friday Compensation: up to $2,200/month

Summary The Talent Sourcer works under direct supervision and follows company and department policies and procedures to generate qualified candidate pipelines for assigned requisitions. Working from search direction set by the Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiters, this role executes market research, passive candidate identification, personalized outreach, and initial qualification, delivering screened shortlists for Recruiter review and maintaining accurate pipeline data and sourcing records.
