Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Task Force Leader in Injection Molding Manufacturing to support and stabilize operations at our manufacturing site in the Philippines. The assignment focuses on improving production performance, strengthening process control, and supporting the local team in achieving operational targets.

The Task Force Leader will work closely with the site leadership, engineering, and production teams to identify improvement opportunities, resolve technical issues, and implement sustainable process optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

•              Provide on-site leadership and technical expertise for lean injection molding operations.

•              Support stabilization and performance improvement of molding processes and production lines.

•              Troubleshoot process issues related to molding parameters, tooling, materials, and equipment.

•              Drive improvements in OEE, scrap reduction, cycle time, and process stability.

•              Support the implementation of best practices in injection molding and process control.

•              Coach and develop the local engineering and production teams.

•              Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.

•              Ensure sustainable process improvements and knowledge transfer to the local team.

Required Qualifications

•              Extensive experience in injection molding manufacturing environments.

•              Strong technical expertise in molding processes, tooling, materials, and machine settings.

•              Proven experience in process optimization and production problem-solving.

•              Strong leadership and communication skills in multicultural environments.

•              Willingness to work on-site in the Philippines for the duration of the assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

•              Experience supporting manufacturing turnaround or stabilization projects.

•              Experience in universal / Inlay molding and processing high-performance engineering materials such as LCP

•              Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Assignment Conditions

•              Assignment based at the manufacturing facility in the Philippines.

•              Duration may vary depending on operational requirements (short-term or extended assignment).

•              Travel and accommodation support provided according to company policy.

Job Overview

Performs molding management by supervising the molding team, establishes priorities in work schedules, and ensures proper running of equipment for full targeted output.

Job Requirements

  • Driving production activities according to established schedules and providing reports to improve or modify plans as necessary.
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand the requirements, and interfacing across functions to share information relative to specifications, deviations, and changes.
  • Monitoring the key performance indicators, achieving targets and required quality standards, and motivating the team to create a high-performance culture and improved efficiency.
  • Supporting the inspection of molded products, and ensuring product quality as per standard guidelines and procedures.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
