Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Aide to join our early childhood team. This is a full-time position.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting the lead teacher in daily instruction and classroom activities

• Helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for students

• Supporting children with social, emotional, and academic growth

• Preparing and organizing classroom materials

• Supervising students during transitions, lunch, and recess

• Communicating positively with students, staff, and families

Job Requirements

• Experience working with young children preferred

• A love for children and a passion for learning

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
