Team Lead Analyst (CRM Vertical)

We are on the lookout for a Team Lead Analyst (CRM Vertical) to join our Data Analytics department. Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of CRM analysts — task distribution, quality review, professional development. • Deliver actionable insights to the CRM department to support campaign, retention, and lifecycle decisions. • Analyze CRM activities and performance: campaigns, communications, client segmentation, retention flows. • Help the CRM team move toward data-driven decision-making across bonus mechanics, communication cadence, and client targeting. • Design and interpret dashboards to track CRM KPIs for stakeholders. • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams on cross-functional CRM initiatives. • Ensure data quality and consistency in CRM-related tracking and reporting.
