TEAM LEAD – DIGITAL INSURANCE SALES

 

Your success stems from supporting the Digital Sales Leader in creating an exceptional environment that fosters success for everyone. You have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals and targets.

 

Here is what a typical day looks like

 

  • Coach and mentor your team with the guidance and support of your leader.
  • Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance
  • Ensuring your teams client activities are dealt with effectively
  • Work with Account Executives to quote and cross sell products to new clients to contribute to the growth of the business
  • Monitor lead management for the entire team to ensure the experience the customers are receiving is exceptional.
  • Role modeling expected behaviors by reaching out to customers when required, placing complex risks and other behaviors that contribute to a strong and successful team.
  • Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
  • Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses

 

 

The value you bring

 

  • General Insurance Level 2 License required and private auto insurance experience an asset.
  • History of modeling the way when implementing initiatives and best practices
  • Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment
  • Involvement in industry related associations and your community
  • Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal

 

 

Role Details 

  • Hours: Full Time, Permanent - Availability to work a total of 37.5 hours/week
  • Location: In Office Role in Winnipeg

  • Compensation: $ 55,000 – $68,000
  • Eligible for discretionary quarterly performance bonus
