The Opportunity  

You will be leading a high-performing, student-focused team and driving a culture of continuous improvement.  Through strong coaching and clear direction, you will empower your team to deliver at their best. You’ll set the rhythm and priorities, foster collaboration across stakeholders, and create an environment where people feel motivated and aligned to shared goals.

This role is all about leading from the front, shaping team culture, and delivering results through people.

The primary focus of the team is to ensure the effective transition of communications and data from manual sends to automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across our Australian partners.

About You

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams in a fast‑changing environment

  • Strong experience building and leading digital automation and communications teams

  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation (or similar), including data segmentation and use of CRM data (Salesforce preferred)

  • Demonstrated end‑to‑end project management capability, delivering campaigns and shaping long‑term digital communication roadmaps

  • Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to stay calm, adaptable, and responsive under pressure

  • Relevant degree and/or equivalent professional experience in digital, communications, or automation roles
