We are looking for Team Leader (Shang Palace) to join our team!

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead the service team to deliver high-quality, personalized guest experiences
• Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and handle guest feedback professionally
• Ensure proper table settings, menu presentation, and adherence to service standards
• Coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
• Train and guide junior staff on Shang Palace service protocols and etiquette
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the restaurant before, during, and after service
• Assist in managing team schedules, attendance, and grooming standards

Requirement:

• 2–4 years of experience in Chinese fine dining or luxury hotel F&B operations
