Technical Community Lead, Pro

Must-haves:

• Exceptional curiosity about how people work and solve problems
• Highly organized and able to build systems, manage competing priorities, and close loops reliably
• Good taste, you know what is interesting, novel, and worth sharing
• Strong technical fluency. You may not be a software engineer, but you can understand technical workflows, reason through product behavior, and communicate credibly with builders
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for complex work, ideally including Codex, agents, APIs, automation, or technical prototyping
• Ability to help users break down workflows, identify friction, document edge cases, and translate technical usage into clear product feedback
• Strong writing and editing skills, especially for turning complex technical behavior into precise, accessible stories and examples

Nice-to-haves: The strongest candidates will often be a hybrid of two or more of the following:

• A developer advocate or technical community builder who wants to work with expert consumer users rather than only API developers
• A technically fluent AI power user who has built sophisticated workflows with Codex, agents, automation, or APIs and can teach others
• A product-minded technical writer or developer educator who can turn complex workflows into clear examples, stories, and feedback Across all archetypes, we are looking for:
