Technical Product Owner - Platform Biometric Services

Why This Job Is ExcitingAs a Technical Product Owner (Platform), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the internal platforms and services that empower our development teams. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our biometric solutions, impacting millions of users worldwide. You will be responsible for translating requirements from internal stakeholders into actionable plans for the platform development team, communicating clear timelines (ETAs), coordinating the integration of features developed by R&D, and ensuring timely delivery within the platform team. You'll have the opportunity to: 📅 Within one month, you will… • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our biometric products and internal platforms. • Familiarize yourself with our development processes and tools, including Jira for Kanban workflows. • Establish relationships with key internal stakeholders and development teams.

📅 Within three months, you will… • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and prioritize feature requests and requirements. • Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals. • Coordinate with R&D to oversee the development of new features for integration into our platforms.

📅 Within six months, you will… • Lead the planning and execution of quarterly roadmaps for internal platforms and services. • Monitor the progress of feature development and ensure timely delivery. • Facilitate effective communication among internal stakeholders and within the development team, support the definition and tracking of team objectives (e.g., OKRs), and promote alignment and clarity throughout the delivery process.

📅 Within one year, you will… • Contribute to the creation of annual roadmaps, aligning platform development with company objectives. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and usability.
