Technical Project Manager

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time while proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Leverage AI tools to improve execution by supporting planning, documentation, risk analysis, and team productivity.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality software products in a fast-paced environment.
• Facilitate planning, execution, and iterative development while helping teams stay focused and aligned on priorities.
• Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and dependencies clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, development practices, and AI-supported ways of working.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and promote a culture of ownership, efficiency, and continuous learning.

 
What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in project delivery, engineering, product management, or a similar role within software development.
• Solid understanding of software development processes, including web, mobile, APIs, or distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar solutions to improve productivity and execution.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-changing environments, take ownership, and drive execution with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
