We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

The responsibilities of this position are: • Attract and engage candidates to apply for open jobs. • Select, prepare and send qualified IT candidates to our clients. • Manage the full-cycle of our recruitment process. • Hold interviews in Spanish. • Hold interviews in English. • Manage recruitment KPIs to improve the process continually. • Implement strategies for employer branding.
