Key Responsibilities• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from initial kickoff to offer negotiation and closing. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, networking, and headhunting. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define specialized candidate profiles. • Conduct rigorous technical screenings to assess both hard skills and cultural alignment. • Act as a brand ambassador, providing an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the high standards of the team. • Stay abreast of market trends and salary benchmarks within the IT, Software Engineering, and SAP sectors.
