We're seeking a commercially driven, relationship-focused Technical Sales Representative to join our Sales team at our Sydney Head Office in Waterloo. This is a key role responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing meaningful market insight to support Eco Outdoor's continued growth. You'll work across both existing and prospective clients — understanding their needs, recommending the right product solutions, and seeing opportunities through from first conversation to delivery. This role suits someone who is naturally curious, commercially sharp, and genuinely enjoys building trusted relationships in a premium product environment. The Technical Sales Representative's key responsibilities will include: • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across target client segments • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients • Assessing client requirements and recommending suitable product solutions • Preparing and presenting quotations, proposals, and commercial terms • Negotiating pricing and contract terms within company guidelines • Monitoring competitor activity and market conditions and feeding insight back to the team • Recording and managing sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions accurately • Preparing regular sales reports and performance updates for management • Coordinating order processing and ensuring accurate documentation • Following up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
