Technical Team Leader - Budapest

Are you an experienced Technical Support professional with a passion for leading people? We're looking for a Technical Team Leader to inspire, coach, and develop a team of technical specialists while ensuring exceptional service delivery for our customers.

What you'll do• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Technical Support professionals • Drive team performance through regular coaching and feedback • Deliver technical training and share best practices • Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement • Facilitate team meetings and encourage collaboration • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Technical details• Location: Budapest, Váci út 1-3., DBH Flex, B building 3rd floor, 1062 (Hungary) • Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00 • Employment type: Full time, 40 hours/week
