In this role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end support, governance and technical enablement of the enterprise Data Dictionary platform. The role ensures a single, trusted and standardized data dictionary across business functions and technology, enabling analytics, business use cases, regulatory compliance, and scalable data dictionary product. Acting as an individual contributor, this role bridges business requirements, data governance and technology into Data Dictionary Platform, driving technical adoption of Data Dictionary platform and metadata standards through tools such as Collibra, and integrating/exposing Data Dictionary metadata across big data and analytics platforms (e.g. Databricks, OneLake, etc) while interfacing and interacting with technology partners and vendors.

Your responsibilities would include:
• contributing to the definition, standardization and governance of Data Dictionary platform (Collibra) assets for complex and cross‑functional data domains
• configuring and evolving the Data Dictionary platform Asset Model, ensuring that structures, attributes, relationships and metadata remain accurate, scalable and aligned with enterprise governance standards
• enabling and supporting the configuration, continuous evolution and automation of the Data Dictionary and management platform across the data management landscape and business platforms
• configuring the Data Dictionary platform, including security assessments (e.g. OneTrust), engineering standards compliance, incident and SLA management, platform monitoring, and integration support with other enterprise platforms
• supporting the onboarding and offboarding of Operating Companies (OpCos) on the Data Dictionary platform by performing configuration, users, roles, workflows and enablement activities
• implementing and maintaining roles, privileges and access models while managing user lifecycle and access in line with enterprise standards according to design
• enabling, implementing, testing and optimizing Data Dictionary paltform workflows to automate data governance and approval processes across domains
• responsible for setting up infrastructure, code and system monitoring for Data Dictionary
• technical support and enabling reporting and KPIs related to Data Dictionary adoption, quality and coverage by leveraging reporting solutions such as Power BI
• analyzing and translating business and governance requirements into technical solutions for Data Dictionary, workflows and platform enhancements
• acting as an advisor and point of reference for data architects, Engineers and Analysts on data dictionary governance and platform best practices
• active participation in the technical development and deployment of the Data Dictionary product
• experience configuring and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines

You are a good candidate if you have:
• Bachelor/master's degree
• strong Collibra platform tool skills (e.g. Collibra Ranger certification, Collibra Workflow Developer) is preferred
• excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution
• proven experience in Data Dictionary and Governance tooling (Eg. Collibra, Pureview, Atlan, Snowflake, Alation)
• 3–5 years experience in large-scale data cataloguing and governance related roles for Senior Data Dictionary Technology § Demonstrated ability to lead small technical teams
• hands-on experience with enabling data cataloguing and data management governance.
• proven ownership experience working according to Agile, ITIL and data governance frameworks (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban, DAMA)
• ability to design, build and validate Workflow logic in Collibra
• proven skills performing key configurations and integrations in Collibra (through APIs , workflows, connectors.)
• excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and integration tools preferred
• ability to manage, liaise and influence with various groups of stakeholders
• End-to-End mindset for understanding impact of architecture and design across data ecosystem, process and analytics
• Strong focus on value creation and delivery
• strong design-thinking and problem-solving skills to eradicate or reduce tech. debts, integration inconsistencies and governance gaps in the platform
• proven experience in Groovy and/or java scripting
• hands-on experience with XML and BPMN workflows
