Together, we are committed to serving the world’s leading filmmakers and content creators with industry-leading services and next-generation solutions.   Primary Responsibilities  • Manage localization projects between Korean and Chinese, including Korean-to-Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) and Chinese-to-Korean workflows, timecode creation, translation, and quality control, by coordinating internal and external resources. • Ensure accurate and culturally sensitive translations that resonate with the target audience. • Collaborate with internal and external linguists to resolve language-specific queries and provide clear, constructive feedback. • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with internal quality standards. • Review scripts, translations, and final deliverables to ensure the highest possible linguistic and technical quality. • Recruit, onboard, and develop linguistic resources, including translators and editors, to support growing capacity needs; provide training on subtitling tools and client guidelines; and finalize rates based on experience, skill level, and budget. • Perform conforming, proofreading, and other linguistic tasks in subtitling software as needed. • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive content.
