Your role in our team
As our new Test Engineer, you will take a leading role in EMC testing, including testing in our in-house lab and supporting tests in external facilities. You will be responsible for setting up EMC tests and working with the equipment, making sure everything runs as expected. You will document results, prepare reports, and share feedback to help improve our designs. You will also contribute with input to the development team.In this role, you will work with EMC testing as a core part of your daily work, including ensuring alignment with relevant EMC standards such as the IEC 61000 series and contributing to the understanding of applicable requirements.
You will also support activities such as EMC-related input to proposals and collaborate with stakeholders when EMC expertise is needed. You will support system-level testing, including fault finding on both circuit and system level, and contribute to a structured and consistent approach to testing across the team.
You will be part of Test Operations within our Space Systems department, joining a team of 15 Engineers and Technicians. The team works closely together with a strong focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a structured approach to testing activities. You will join an open and professional environment where team members support each other and share knowledge as part of the daily work. The team has a solution-oriented mindset and continuously works on improving methods, processes, and overall test quality.
How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:

- Develop and maintain structured and robust test plans
- Perform fault finding and root cause analysis on circuit and system level
- EMC testing and EMC test system ownership
- Maintain and ensure proper calibration of EMC test equipment
- Drive continuous improvement of test methods and processes
Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

- You hold a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering or similar field
- You have some years of experience in EMC/EMI testing
- You are proficient in EMC measurement setups and able to develop robust test plans
- You have a solid understanding of engineering principles and testing procedures
- You have a good understanding of electronic circuit theory
