Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.    What You’ll Do  ✔ Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and protocols for aerospace systems, propulsion units, and UAV payloads.  ✔ Analyze and interpret test data to assess system performance, identifying anomalies and areas for optimization.  ✔ Collaborate with engineering teams to refine designs based on testing outcomes.  ✔ Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and safety regulations.  ✔ Manage testing facilities and equipment, ensuring all systems are calibrated and maintained for precision testing.  ✔ Lead failure investigations and develop solutions to enhance system reliability.  ✔ Work with suppliers, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure testing requirements are integrated into the production process.  ✔ Support field testing campaigns, including environmental and real-world operational tests.
