Job Overview

• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Tests an Komponenten oder Systemen
• Aufbau von Testaufbauten nach Anleitung und Bedienung grundlegender Messgeräte
• Erfassung und Auswertung von Messergebnissen unter Anleitung eines Senior Test Engineers
• Meldung von Abweichungen und Unterstützung bei einfachen Fehleranalysen
• Verantwortung für die korrekte Durchführung zugewiesener Testaufgaben im Rahmen definierter Vorgaben
• Pflege von Testdaten und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Testberichten

Schlüsselqualifikation, Erfahrung, Wissen:

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Bachelorstudium (z. B. Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Physik).
• Erste Erfahrung im Labor‑ oder Testumfeld (z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Projekte).
• Grundkenntnisse in Messtechnik, Testmethoden und technischen Dokumentationen.
• Verständnis technischer Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen und grundlegender Prüfabläufe.

Besondere Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten, Soft Skills:

• Lernbereitschaft und Interesse, Testmethoden sowie Messsysteme schnell zu erlernen.
• Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Genauigkeit bei Messungen und Dokumentation.
• Teamfähigkeit und klare Kommunikation mit technischen Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
• Analytisches Grundverständnis und Bereitschaft, technische Probleme methodisch anzugehen.

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position anzugeben. Dieses beträgt je nach Qualifikation € 3450  brutto pro Monat (Vollzeit, 14mal jährlich). Eine Überzahlung ist je nach persönlicher Qualifikation, Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung möglich.
